An adapted program based on fun!
What is the Initial program?
This program is a unique concept based on skills development for kids aged from 4 to 8 years old.
The Initiation programs replaces the old T-Ball game, it is much more fun and is planned in 1 hour sessions. Each participant moves a lot more, are teached the basic individual skills of softball in various small games. We build the player's confidence.
Moving and having fun are key components of the Initiation Program. Using different equipment and playing many new and fun games repeadidly allows a much performing learning environment to develop softball skills.
Players are not just waiting around for their turn to come, they move all the time!
The Initiation program gives all the tools and basic skills to 4 to 8 years old kids if they want to play "the real game" later on. But the most important thing is they'll have a blast in the mean time.

Kids will return home tired but happy and they will furthermore develop their physical condition as they never stop moving.
For beginners, it is not always easy to find a volunteer coach. Most of the time, a parent volunteers with no previous coaching experience. In this program, coaches are easy to recruit since they are provided with some guides, videos, etc. Each manual (3 in total) contains 18 practice plans which is in reality all little games to organize within a 1 hour practice. Kids can then learn, well balanced, how to catch, throw, hit, etc.
This program is great for local minor associations because kids have so much fun that they will bring many friends with them, registration number tends to grow a lot within the course of the summer.
